- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3-6 drops of liquid Stevia or to taste
- 2 T cacao powder
- 1 T gluten free vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 2 T blueberries or strawberries
- Garnish with almonds if desired
Serves four people.
- Whisk or blend first four ingredients until smooth.
- Gently stir in chia seeds.
- Chill or let sit at room temperature for 2 hours.
Eat within 24 hours.
