Ingredients:
- 2 10-ounce bags spinach, washed and trimmed
- 3 gloves garlic, minced
- 1 to 11⁄2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Serves four people.
Instructions:
- In large skillet, heat oil.
- Add garlic and stir until garlic lightly browned.
- Add spinach in small bunches.
- Cook 2–3 minutes or until spinach wilts.
- Remove from heat.
- Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
