Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup strawberries
  • 1⁄2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 6 ounces unsweetened goat or sheep yogurt
  • 3⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop gluten-free protein powder
  • 1⁄2 cup ice cubes
