Ingredients:
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons Greek-style yogurt
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
Serves four people.
Instructions:
- In colander, generously salt cucumber slices and let drain approximately 1 hour.
- In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add cucumbers.
- Add salt and pepper, and serve.
