Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon or more to taste
  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 salmon steaks, approximately 1 pound
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Serves four people.

Instructions:

  1. Mix butter, lemon juice and dill together until creamy.
  2. Chill well for 2–4 hours.
  3. Generously rub both sides of each steak with olive oil.
  4. Broil or grill salmon on high heat for 5–6 minutes or desired doneness.
  5. Top each steak with butter and serve.
