- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- Juice of 1 lemon or more to taste
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 4 salmon steaks, approximately 1 pound
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Serves four people.
- Mix butter, lemon juice and dill together until creamy.
- Chill well for 2–4 hours.
- Generously rub both sides of each steak with olive oil.
- Broil or grill salmon on high heat for 5–6 minutes or desired doneness.
- Top each steak with butter and serve.
