Ingredients:

  • 1 15-ounce can chick peas
  • 1⁄4 cup tahini
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1⁄3 cup lemon juice (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Takes , serves twelve people.
