Ingredients:
- 1 cantaloupe
- 1 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions:
- To prepare melon balls, cut cantaloupe in half, remove seeds.
- Using a 1⁄2 inch melon baller, scoop melon from rind.
- Toss with mint leaves.
- Add lime juice and toss well.
- Refrigerate 4-6 hours.
Refrigerate extra.
