Ingredients:

  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions:

  1. To prepare melon balls, cut cantaloupe in half, remove seeds.
  2. Using a 1⁄2 inch melon baller, scoop melon from rind.
  3. Toss with mint leaves.
  4. Add lime juice and toss well.
  5. Refrigerate 4-6 hours.

Refrigerate extra.
