- 1 cup spinach leaves, washed and dried
- 1⁄2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 hard-boiled egg whites, chopped
- 4 ounces chicken, cooked
- 1⁄3 teaspoon olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar to taste

- Toss spinach, strawberries, and egg whites.
