Ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic baby spinach
  • 1⁄4 cup arugula
  • 21⁄2 cups filtered water
  • 3⁄4 cup blueberries
  • 1 peach, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon rind
  • 1 scoop gluten-free protein powder
  • 1 cup ice

Takes , serves one person.

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, process spinach, arugula, and filtered water until well combined.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
