- 21⁄2 cups filtered water
- 3⁄4 cup blueberries
- 1 peach, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon lemon rind
- 1 scoop gluten-free protein powder
- 1 cup ice
